Delivery Estimate

We deliver your orders in 1-2 working days inside UAE, International orders delivery is subjected to the policy of third party courier service, and differs from country to country basis. shipping of industrial machines will depend on the availability.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is FREE on any orders above AED 1000

Extra delivery charges may apply if the delivery address is located in remote areas of the UAE.

Delivery Delays:

If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, rearrangement of delivery will be chargeable.

Tracking

We will send you E-mail and SMS with tracking number of our courier partner once your package is out for delivery

Delivery outside of UAE:

Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain & KSA.

Terms & Conditions

  • 12 Months free service warranty on all Janome Machines
  • The warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable in the event of the machine being sold or otherwise disposed of.
  • The warranty does not cover damage or wear and tear or expendable parts such as needles, belts, springs, light bulbs, bobbin cases, needle threaders, thread cutters, overlock knives, overlocker loopers, looper covers, and needle plates which normally require replacement from time to time.
  • It does not cover damage caused by accidental damage, misuse, failure to properly maintain the machine, failure to follow Janome instructions for the use of the machine, negligence or any alteration whatsoever in the form or content of the machine.
  • The warranty becomes null and void if any adjustment, part replacement or repair is carried out by any person other than an authorized Janome service agent, or the damage is caused by use of any non-genuine Janome accessories or parts.
